Body shaping, ripping muscles

This programme results in recurring muscle stimulation, by moving mainly the “Fast” muscle groups (optimal tensile strength, short bursts of strength, high oxygen consumption, sensitivity, fatigue more quickly) of the body along with some parts of the “Slow” muscle groups too (more efficient oxygen consumption, less fatigue). The contractions used in this programme are completed with a special rhythmic movement that result in perfect (toning) outcome when applied two to three times a week.

This programme is specifically developed for customers who do not wish to lose weight, but would like to build muscles. During the programme impulses with higher frequency and pulse widths reach the deep muscles, so these deeper muscle tissues are activated. Depending on the individual’s age, gender, body shape and training level the pulse width can be independently set, thus the intensity of exercise increases, which is essential to achieve good results throughout regular exercises. The trainings can be made more effective by using different tools (dumbbells). The exercises should be synchronized with the pulse rhythm. The personal trainer shall demonstrate each task and help the customers to perform the exercises correctly. After each workout session muscles will seem toned, the toning will remain visible during the regular training sessions. Consumption of food with high content of protein can speed up the process of muscle building. If a healthy diet regime is kept, results are visible just after a few workout sessions.
