To whom do we recommend E-fit training?

To anyone who would like to try a new training method which percefctly fits anybody, independently of gender, age and fitness level, who:
- Would like to exercise but have limited time and cannot spend 1,5-2 hours with training
- Would like to have a tighter and better shaped body
- Are professional sportsmen and want increased performance
